District bedroom is Today’s Modern Traditional, created for a younger approach to traditional product and enhanced with more modern functions. Made with White Oak veneer and Oak solids, We hand-applied the Harvest Oak finish with glazes and stains to accentuate wood. One of the last steps is a hand-rubbed metallic glaze, which adds sparkle to the deep grain. Hardware is mixed with a round knob and octagonal ring pull, finished with an oil-rubbed plating to highlight the warm tones.

        The Bedroom features a break-top rail headboard, button-tufted (thru the Khaki-tone fabric) for comfort and low-profile footboard. The Cases and footboard feature tapered legs and a decorative flat bead detail to drawer fronts to add depth to the fronts. Cases are modest in scale with a 66” dresser and 5-Drawer Chest. Lower-row drawers of both the Dresser and Chest utilize an aromatic cedar bottom, while all other drawers feature a Cherry veneer bottom (for a smooth-surface, to not snag delicate garments). A functional Nightstand with 2-drawers and a wireless charging device mounted under the veneer top. A USB port on the back allows for charging a tablet or other device. All drawers are made with solid wood drawer boxes and English dovetail construction. The 45mm full-extension slides offer the best, smooth glides available in furniture.
